The transactions carried out through www.alourgis.gr are subjected to the International European and Greek law which controls electronic trade affairs, and they are also subjected to the Consumers’ Protection Law (L.2251/1994), which controls affairs relevant to distant sales. ORDER CANCELLATION
If an e-order is complete but the product has not been dispatched yet and you wish to cancel, you can call on 2310238760 or you can send us a cancellation e-mail with your order details and your order will be cancelled within 5 hours. If the product has already been dispatched, you can also cancel your order after communicating with us on 2310238760 or after sending an e-mail on alourgis@otenet.gr with your order details. In this case, you will be charged with the shipping costs of the dispatch and return, of the order. In case of money refund: Your money refund will be completed within 15 days after the order cancellation date.

PRODUCTS RETURN
You have the right to return the products you have purchased, or ask for an exchange with the other product or products within 10 days after the product’s receipt. In this case, you will be charged only with the direct return shipping cost of the product. Returns are acceptable only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition upon receipt, meaning all the labels and tags in the interior of the products must be intact and in place, the packaging must not be unsealed or violated in any case and the receipt or the invoice must accompany the return of the products. RESPONSABILITY
All the products are received by the manufacturers packed. Nevertheless, in case a faulty product is found in the delivered quantity (support by evidence ) you have the right to return it with the possibility of an exchange, with our dispatch fee, or a money refund. The www.alourgis.gr is not responsible for any organized attack by hackers with intention of stealing personal data of users. Nonetheless, even in this unfortunate case, the users with credit cards are secured since the system does not store the CVV codes of the credit cards.
